Standard phone support is offered from 9AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, Singapore Time. Support coverage varies according to the level of the support package purchased.

Application Upgrades

New features and functionality enhancements are constantly being developed. Application upgrades are included for gold or platinum support contracts.

Configuration Backup Services

In the event of system failure due to Administrator error, the system can be restored to its last working state in a matter of minutes.

On-Site Support

With on-site support (only available to customers in Singapore), a technician will be dispatched to your site to resolve problems within four hours. For those on the Gold Plus/Platinum package, the response time is one hour.
